Catalogues & Illustrations 

• All Statements, Descriptions, Drawings, Sketches, Photographs, Illustrations, Diagrams or Specifications concerning the goods made or given by or on behalf of the seller before Contract are solely for the purpose of Information or Guidance.
• Where goods are sold by reference to descriptions in the catalogue, these are sold subject to the tolerances & variations necessary due to continuous improvements, constant R & D, & upgradation of technology. In course of this, the design & sources of supply may change from time to time.
• The seller reserves the right to supply goods of altered design or from an alternative source of supply - without impairing in any way the basic quality standards.

Prices & Orders

• All prices shall be as per proforma terms and conditions.
• Proforma expressed to be for a fixed price remain open for acceptance by the buyer within the period stated in the quotation, or if not specified, within 30 days of date of quotation.
• Export Prices shall be supplied on Ex-Stocks, FOB or C&F basis against specific inquiries indicating quantities of Order.
• There is no limit for minimum acceptable order.
• All prices and promotions are subject to change any time without prior notification.
• Prices are inclusive of all taxes, what so ever.

Payments 

• All payments are payable 100% in advance through TT or Wire Transfer in our bank account.
• An Irrevocable & Confirmed Letter of Credit (L/C) payable on a scheduled Bank in India covering mutually agreed terms of sale may be established by the buyer for orders above US$4000 only.
• Credit supplies are also made to dealers working regularly but with prior understanding of payment terms.

Shipping & Delivery 

• The delivery dates mentioned in our proforma are strictly adhered to in our organization, so we lay condition in this regards
